DISP\u00d5E SOBRE A CONCESS\u00c3O DO T\u00cdTULO DECLARAT\u00d3RIO DE UTILIDADE P\u00daBLICA MUNICIPAL \u00c0 <\/em>ASSOCIA\u00c7\u00c3O COMERCIAL E INDUSTRIAL DE F\u00c1TIMA DO SUL – ACIFAS<\/strong> E D\u00c1 OUTRAS PROVID\u00caNCIAS.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE F\u00c1TIMA DO SUL<\/strong>, Estado de Mato Grosso do Sul, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, faz saber que aprova o seguinte Projeto de Lei:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> Fica reconhecida como Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Utilidade P\u00fablica a entidade civil, legalmente constitu\u00edda, sem fins lucrativos, sob a denomina\u00e7\u00e3o de ASSOCIA\u00c7\u00c3O COMERCIAL E INDUSTRIAL DE F\u00c1TIMA DO SUL – ACIFAS<\/strong>, inscrita no CNPJ sob o n\u00ba 01.104.306\/0001-50, com sede na Rua Presidente Dutra, n\u00ba 1949, Centro do Munic\u00edpio de F\u00e1tima do Sul\/MS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> O reconhecimento de que trata esta Lei confere \u00e0 referida associa\u00e7\u00e3o os direitos e benef\u00edcios previstos na legisla\u00e7\u00e3o municipal vigente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong> Esta Lei entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogando-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
